Beo Binn Festival / Féile Beo Binn

Beo Binn:

When you have a musical encounter in Dingle you never forget it. It
stays with you. From outbursts of 'sean-nós' by a blazing
turf fire to International rock bands playing in a church, there's
an energy and vibrancy around Dingle that is magnetic. Inspired by
this magic, we created Beo Binn, regular nights of good music and
creativity and the exciting Beo Binn Festival coming up in 2011.
With no specific genre in mind the focus is on excellent
musical acts that stand out on their own in the International circuit.

Beo Binn takes place in the town's largest venue, The Hillgrove, Dingle,
from June 2010 and extends to venues all over the town. Expect international bands, electronic music, world music,
excellent local acts, international DJs and more. These gigs will have elements to exhilarate the senses, arial shows, carnival acts, sculptural light displays, graffiti art jams,
fire spectacles, visuals and more.

Beo Binn will culminate in 2011 in a sumptuous music &
arts festival in Dingle town! Our venue is an Indian temple
marquee; this festival will nestle into the hills overlooking the
magical Dingle harbour surrounded by installations, gourmet food stalls, walkways and a clutter of blissful followers. It promises to be Ireland's foremost festival of the senses in an
unrivaled setting on the edge of the world.
